1. The Buyer declares that before the conclusion of the present agreement, he was given reasonable time and became aware of the object of sale, its condition, main characteristics and functioning, found it new and in excellent condition and quality, to his perfect satisfaction and fit for the purpose for which he purchased it and that the Seller shall not be liable for any damage or deterioration caused to the object of the sale by the Buyer’s fault after delivery and not caused by its ordinary use.

2. The object of sale will be delivered to the Buyer within seven days from today.

3. The Buyer will pay the above price as specified above at the above postal address of the Sellers or to the account with IBAN CY46 0020 0195 0000 3570 3345 6935 of the branch of the Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd or to the account with IBAN CY61 0050 0215 0002 1501 2080 1301 of the branch of the Hellenic Bank in Limassol or via JCC Smart at www.jccsmart.com.

4. Failure to pay one of the above payments, or any part thereof, will render the entire remaining balance past due and immediately payable with interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the payment date to the date of its payoff.

5. Τhe Buyer may withdraw from the present agreement, without giving any explanation, within 14 days from the date on which he or a third person designated by him, other than the Seller’s carrier, acquires physical possession of the object of sale.

6. The Buyer must inform the Seller of his decision to withdraw by a clear statement in a letter to be sent by the Buyer by registered post to the Seller’s above address or by sending the below withdrawal form.

7. The Buyer, in case of his withdrawal as mentioned above, must return the object of sale to the Seller at the latest within 14 days from the day he notified the Seller of his withdrawal.

8. The Seller reserves and maintains the right to withdraw from the present agreement in case of lack of the above objects of sale or for other legitimate reasons.

9. The Seller is entitled to withhold the advance payment until the object of the sale has been returned to him.

10. In case of return of the object of sale, any reduction in its value as management costs shall be the liability of the Buyer.

11. The present agreement was done in duplicate and each Contracting Party received one copy.
